| By-Laws The North County Chamber of Commerce is a private, not-for-profit (IRS 501c3) corporation. Basic governance of the Chamber is defined by our Corporate Charter and By-Laws, as adopted and revised periodically by our members. Copies of the By-Laws are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Chamber's business office. Copies of the By-Laws will be emailed or mailed to any member upon request. |
